For us, it’s coffee first, always! We only serve Fairtrade coffee that has been uniquely blended for AMT.Â
Our Signature Blend
We have developed our own signature coffee blend, combining 70% Brazil and 30% washed Ethiopian coffee beans. The aromatic flavourful blend forms the base of all our coffee-based drinks.
Our blend is high quality and ensures every cup is packed full of flavour. Syrupy smooth in body with a fresh lemon acidity, vanilla and milk chocolate flavours resulting in a long clean finish.
What is Fairtrade?
The Fairtrade certification sets standards for traders and producers to follow – ensuring ethical criteria is met when producing certain items like coffee. This was and always will be important to us. Having Fairtrade coffee means the quality is better, farmers and workers are paid fairly, and practises that help protect the environment promoted. These ethical practises meant that we are all contributing to positive change in the coffee history.

Our Fairtrade Brazilian beans come from Ascarive, a cooperative based in the Mantiqueira range. Ascarive is made up of 45 members who grow coffee at high altitudes. The cooperative has high-quality standards and has received multiple awards within the Brazilian coffee industry.Â
Our Fairtrade Ethiopian coffee comes from the Sidama Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union. Founded in 2001, the cooperative represents coffee producers in the Sidama region of Ethiopia. Formed of more than 53 members, the cooperative aims to provide finance and technical services to those in the Sidama region.Â

Whether you enjoy your latte hot or iced, a classic Americano or a flat white, we’re sure you’ll enjoy every sip.
