A Cluster Bar Manager will be responsible for managing and running more than one location, providing equal support and taking responsibility for the people and commercial performance. The main focus of the role is to manage and coach Assistant Bar Managers and Barista’s, making people related decisions including development, recruitment and deployment. The Cluster Bar Manager is also responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and product quality, managing the Bars’ financial performance, health and safety and security within the Bars.

The Regional Operations Manager will be an experienced, personable and competent people leader and commercial manager, always looking for ways to maximise and drive revenue and customer satisfaction, whilst leading from the front.

This is an excellent opportunity for a like-minded, hard-working and trustworthy commercial person who will be tasked with managing our gourmet sit in and takeaway coffee bars in the Republic of Ireland through our fantastic team.

The right candidate for this position does not necessarily have to come from a coffee or food background but will have the right ‘can do’ attitude, hands-on approach, leadership and commercial skills as well as a passion for second to none, quality, people and service. This person will also be a well experienced middle-weight commercial manager who is results and KPI driven. We are looking for someone who, day and year-round, ensures our bars continue to run like clockwork and that they remain bright, clean, attractive, well stocked and welcoming, whilst making the best cup of coffee in Ireland.
